How long does the Power 1100 last?
The Power 1100 has a capacity of 1100 watt hours. That means it can charge a mobile phone about 80 times, a laptop about 17 times, and our Chillest for about 100 hours.
How many devices can the Power 1100 charge at once?
The Power 1100 can charge many devices. Up to 8 ports can be used on the Power 1100 at once. Three ports can be used simultaneously from the USB section (the USB-C and USB QC 3.0 ports cannot be used at the same time). All three DC output ports can be used simultaneously as long as the total draw does not exceed 12 amps, and both 110V AC outlets can be used simultaneously as long as the draw remains below 600 watts. If necessary, you can plug an extension cord into one of the AC outlets to power even more devices.
Will the Power 1100 be compatible with EU device standards?
The Power 1100 provides 110V AC. Many standard EU devices will be powered by 110V, but a travel adapter may be needed to plug an EU device into the Power 1100 socket. Before connecting to Power 1100, make sure your device can operate at 110V AC @ 60Hz.
Is the Power 1100 water / weather resistant?
The Power 1100 is not waterproof. If you are outdoors and expect bad weather, you should ensure that the Power 1100 is protected from direct exposure to rain or splashing water.
How long will it take to charge the Power 1100 using solar power? From the mains?
The Power 1100 can be charged from any of our available solar products (except the Solar 10). While charging time depends on the level of the sun, in full sun the Solar 30W will charge the Power 1100 in just 44 hours, the Table 60W in just 24 hours, the Table 120W in 12 hours, or the Solar 100W in 14 hours. From a wall socket using the AC adapter, the Power 1100 will charge in 11 hours.
Can the Power 1100 be plugged into a device and charged by solar power at the same time?
Yes, the Power 1100 can charge devices while being charged via one of our solar options. Note: When charging via the rear DC input port, the USB-C and USB QC 3.0 ports will be disabled due to the circuit board design. All other ports will function. If you need to charge your Power 1100 while also using the USB-C or USB QC 3.0 ports, the front DC output ports will also allow charging via solar or the supplied AC adapter. When charging using the front DC output, the remaining DC output ports cannot be used for other loads.
