Flat eye bolts ensure that the load straps do not twist, and the triangular shape provides greater torque and makes it easier to fully secure the load.

Eye bolts are a simple way to use tie-down straps to secure any load on Dropracks, as strapping around the Dropracks bar would impede the moving mechanism.
