The POM K and C plastic we use meets the highest demands for mechanical strength and rigidity. Due to its very high dimensional stability and resistance to fatigue, it is exactly the right choice for our mover.
The body of the transport wheels is shaped between Lake Zurich and Lake Walen using injection moulding technology. The wheels are also made of POM plastic, and injection moulding technology is also used here. Tyres made of softer rubber provide a great driving experience. The axles are made of very light polyamide.
They are assembled with great care by people with certain mental disabilities in the Zurich Unterland area. In this way, we can help these people to be picked up again, get meaningful employment and get used to an orderly daily life again.
We purchase accessories such as Velcro straps, bags, magnets and aluminium parts etc. in Switzerland, and only in exceptional cases are suppliers from the immediate vicinity of the EU used.
