Kayaks and canoes / surfboards
Lifting kayaks onto the roof of a motorhome, caravan or van is a challenge, especially if you're alone. Securing them properly also takes longer and is more strenuous than it should be when they are difficult to access.
With Dropracks, it is possible to load kayaks yourself from the side of the car without worrying about physical strain and the risk of damage to the car. You can walk around the kayak(s) in the lowered loading position and make sure they are securely fastened with loading straps before driving off.
Roof tent
Lifting a roof tent onto the roof of a car and removing it from the roof on traditional roof racks can be quite a burden, even if you are two people. With Dropracks it is significantly easier. In addition, it is significantly easier to load and remove the roof tent as needed, so you don't have to drive with the roof tent more than necessary.
Ski box / roof boxes
It is well known that in winter cars often get extra dirty from snow, dust and grit. With Droprakky on the roof, you don't have to balance with dirty shoes or on a ladder, and you can easily store your skiing or water sports equipment in the box from the side of the caravan. Lower the entire roof box to a comfortable height without getting your clothes dirty from the car or worrying about the zips scratching the paintwork on the car.
Safety
Dropracks are equipped with automatic stainless steel locks that securely hold the rack in place, and have a visual and audible indication that the locks are properly secured. The release buttons are large and easy to press, even with gloves on.
The integrated lifting handle has adjustable momentum, to ensure you can lift heavy loads without straining your body.

Roofs and vehicle types
Dropracks CAMPER TVE1 - Tall Van Edition It is designed to fit caravans, motorhomes, motorhomes, vans, trailers, Alu-Cabs, special vehicles, etc.. To mount Dropracks on a car, you need four “towers/loading feet/clamps/feet”. Fits most vehicles!

Important mounting notice
Attachments/towers/clamps/feet must be purchased separately or you can use your existing crossbar equipment!!! Contact us for recommendations for your car, we will be happy to advise you and find a solution. We have many years of experience with motorhomes and caravans.
Accessories
Additional equipment can be easily mounted on the T-slot at the top of the loading area. The T-track has standard dimensions for loading equipment and equipment holders from well-known brands such as Thule, Yakima, Atera, Packline, Rhino ++.
The T-tracks on the Dropracks CAMPER TVE1 are 150 cm long and T-bolts can be inserted from both ends.
